◾ Q: Why won't my battery outdoor camera recognize SD card?
◾ A: 1. Check whether network connection is normal.
2. Use SD card on computer to see if it can be recognized.
3. Check whether SD card is encrypted on computer. If yes, find a recovery card tool and reformat it.
◾ Q: When I get a notification and go to view, can't I playback video?
◾ A: After receiving notification, wait for more than 10 seconds for generating recording file before viewing. Notification is generally triggered by capturing the first photo. After capturing, video will be recorded. It is recording at this time if you fail to view video.
