The watch features a durable build with a glass front protected by Gorilla Glass DX+, MIL-STD-810G compliance for durability, and 50m water resistance (IP68). It includes sensors for SpO2 measurement using red LEDs and infrared rays, as well as ECG certification and a blood pressure monitor. It's compatible with standard 20mm straps and Android phones running Android 6.0 and above, but it's not compatible with iOS devices.

Where do you ship from?

• Our awesome teams ship directly to you from over 80 warehouses worldwide.  Our main warehouse is located in Hong Kong.

How much does shipping* cost?

• All items ship to you for free throughout the US**.  International shipping is $6.99*

How do packages ship?

• It depends on what you're ordering. Each supplier has a contract with the carrier of their choice, so it could be USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

• We ship from across the U.S. so shipping times vary. In most cases, your order is processed within 2 business days.  We do ask that you allow up to 2 to 5 business days total for your order to be shipped and delivered, just in case there are any unexpected delays.  Please refer to the Shipping page for additional information. 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

• Yes! When your order ships, you will be either emailed or sent a text message with a tracking number as long a valid email address or phone number is included in your order. Please note, it can take up to a week for that tracking number to appear on the carrier’s website.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

• At this time, we can only offer free standard shipping. We understand you would like to receive items quickly, so we process your order immediately to make sure it arrives as soon as possible.

What if I order multiple items? Will they ship together?
