Features:
- Only Works with Apple Find My: Just use the pre-installed Find My app and add it to the Items tab. You can then locate it anywhere in the world using Apple's network of millions of devices. Note: Apple Find My features only work if used with an iOS, iPadOS, or macOS device.
- Left Behind Remind: If your key finder ever disconnects from your Apple device's Bluetooth connection, you'll receive instant notifications. Whether you accidentally leave your bag at the gym or forget your keys at the office, our "Left Behind Remind" will be your prompt reminder to retrieve your items.
- Find Nearby: Use the Find My app to ring your luggage tracker when it's within Bluetooth range, or ask your Siri to find it for you. Click the 'Play Sound' Button, the tag tracker will make the sound 'di di di'. You can according to the sound find your keys when nearby.
- Find Far Away: When outside of Bluetooth range, use the Find My app to view your 'Item Locator's most recent location on a map.
- Lost Mode: When you add the item, you can enable the Lost Mode, and leave your email or phone number on it. Once your Tag is linked your Apple ID, so no one else can pair to it. A person who finds your item can through the Find My app to find your contact information to retrieve your item.
- Share with Friends and Family: New function for iOS 17. With the Find My app you can invite your family to let them know the location of your items too. To use this function, please make sure that your iOS system has been upgraded to iOS 17 in advance.
- Water Resistant with a Replaceable Battery: Even if it's left in the rain, you can confidently take it on your outdoor excursions. And it comes with a replaceable battery(CR2032) that lasts up to a year.

Why do I sometimes see different prices for the same item?

Where do you ship from?
- Our awesome teams ship directly to you from over 80 warehouses worldwide. Our main warehouse is located in Hong Kong.
How much does shipping* cost?
- All items ship to you for free throughout the US**. International shipping is $6.99*
How do packages ship?
- It depends on what you're ordering. Each supplier has a contract with the carrier of their choice, so it could be USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- We ship from across the U.S. so shipping times vary. In most cases, your order is processed within 2 business days. We do ask that you allow up to 2 to 5 business days total for your order to be shipped and delivered, just in case there are any unexpected delays. Please refer to the Shipping page for additional information.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
- Yes! When your order ships, you will be either emailed or sent a text message with a tracking number as long a valid email address or phone number is included in your order. Please note, it can take up to a week for that tracking number to appear on the carrier’s website.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
