How to use it?
1. Before whitening, brush and floss your teeth.
2. Remove the cap and twist the bottom of the teeth whitening pen until whitening gel appears in the brush tip. You may need to twist more times for the first usage.
3. Make a big smile to keep your lips away from your teeth; make sure your teeth are dry enough for moving to the next step.
4. Brush with a small amount of gel on each teeth. DO NOT apply the gel to your gums.
5. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and bite down lightly.
6. Connect the mouthpiece to your phone. You should see the mouthpiece light up. Relax for 15 minutes. For maximum results, you can use light for up to 30 minutes.
7. After these steps, remove the mouthpiece and rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece.
8. Apply desensitizing gel (the blue pen) on the surface of the teeth to protect the teeth, rinse your mouth after 5 minutes.
9. For even faster results, whiten multiple times a day as long as no sensitivity occurs.
