If a chargeback is opened against an order that has been successfully delivered or is still in transit, a $25 Chargeback Processing Fee will be added to the order balance to cover administrative, banking, and investigation costs.

If the dispute is found to be invalid or is not canceled by the customer, and the balance remains unpaid, the account may be referred to:

A third-party collection agency, and/or
Legal action under applicable state and federal statutes for recovery of the owed balance.
